It is crucial to follow the storage instructions on the packaging to ensure the product remains in optimal condition. We are not liable for any damage to the product resulting from failure to adhere to these storage guidelines.
4. Shipping and Packaging
We use chilled packaging to ensure the quality and freshness of our frozen espresso shots during transit. Once the product is in the care of the courier, we cannot be held responsible for delays or issues related to shipping.
5. Refunds and Returns
Refunds will only be provided in cases where:
- The product was not delivered.
- The product arrived damaged.
To request a refund for damaged goods, you must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage upon opening the package. Please contact us immediately upon receipt of the damaged product to initiate a refund.
6. Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer service team. A subscription discount of 20% is applied when you subscribe.
