4. Is the whole range organic?
Our Espresso and Raw Sugar are certified organic. It's getting harder to certify honey since tracking bees can be a bit tricky.
5. Can I use the frozen espresso shots for both hot and iced coffee?
Absolutely! Our espresso shots are specially curated and blended to suit both hot and iced coffee. For hot coffee simply thaw out a sachet or pop a few in the fridge for convenience. For iced coffee, simply remove 1-2 sachets, empty espresso shots into your glass and stir into milk.
6. What kind of drinks can be made from the shots?
1. Iced Latte: Combine one or two of our honey or raw sugar espresso sachets with cold milk.
2. Espresso Martini: Shake together a sachet of espresso, vodka, coffee liqueur. Strain into a martini glass.
3. Affogato: Thaw a sachet in boiling water, and pour it over a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a delightful dessert.
4. Cappuccino: Mix one shot of espresso with steamed milk and top with frothed milk.
